Charlotte is a Great Place to Invest

Find a way to invest! If you cannot buy something on you own, find someone with whom you can pool resources. Charlotte is a great place in which to invest. The Queen City was born back in 1768 when a group of Scotch-Irish settlers arrived in the mid 1700s's in their covered wagons from Philadelphia. They began building their homes along the Catawba River. Slowly, but surely, this settlement grew as new neighbors began to arrive. The settlers eventually decided to become an officially incorporated city named Charlotte, after the wife of then English King, George III. Over the course of the next 30 years or so, the discovery of gold and a new railroad quickly began to increase Charlotte's population. Today, along with surrounding areas like Matthews and Concord, Charlotte boasts a population of well over two million people. The fact that Charlotte continues to grow, build, and prosper even in today's economy is a true testament to the city and its people.

Charlotte is truly a wonderful place to live. The homes have continued to hold value compared to most places in the rest of the country. So, why not buy something now while the prices are a little lower, but in a regional market wher ethe values are holding better than most places. If you cannot afford to buy something on your own then team-up with some friends or co-workers. Find a way to invest! There may never be a better time than right now! So many people say they do not think they can afford to buy investment property. If you are one of these people, are you considering all of your options? The chances are that you know someone you like and trust that would love to invest but are not sure hot to get started or feel they do not have the necessary funds. At the very least, talk to some of the people in your life to see if investting is even possible. I think you may be surprised at the outcome.

Investing in the right property could surely be one of the best investments that you will ever make. There are several areas in Charlotte, both up and coming and established, where wonderful investment potential exists. Let your money work for you 24 hous a day, even while you sleep. Sit back and relax while your investment matures and appreciates. Find a way to invest! You will be glad you did!

Luxury Living in Charlotte, NC

Take a minute in your busy day and read about one of Charlotte's premier residences. Rosewood has emerged in a park-like setting among stately hardwoods and extensive landscaping on the corner of Providence Road and Sharon Amity. Rosewood is an exquisite community of 134 luxurious condominium homes nestled on a nine-acre estate in South Charlotte, near the heart of Uptown. Rosewood's convenience to Cotswold, Myers Park, Eastover and SouthPark is a real treasure offering many shopping and dining opportunities close at hand. Starbuck's, Mezzanote Pizza, Chipotle, Mama Fu's, Harris Teeter, Books-A-Million, and Ulta name a few of the establishments within walking distance of Rosewood.

Rosewood's distinct facade is reminiscent of the 15th and 16th century grand Frence Renaissance architecture with limestone and stucco facades, dramatic roof lines, tall windows, and turrets crowned with spires. The centerpiece of the community is the Atrium. Its elegant, two-story foyer invites residents and guests into spaces enhanced with architectural moldings, coffered ceilings, and marble floors. Each unit at Rosewood is richly appointed with ten foot ceilings, octagonal entry foyers, and expansive selections in flooring, counter surfaces and lighting. Additionally, each unit has private terraces extending the indoor living space outdoors.

Rosewood is known for its impressive amenities which include twenty-four hour security, concierge service, gourmet coffee bar, a refreshing decorative outdoor pool and sun deck, formal English gardens, walking paths, putting greens, TV and lounge area, tennis court, state-of-the-art fitness center and parking in a secured underground parking garage.
