There is a fun “Modern Home Tour” Sunday May 18th from 2-5pm. Ten homes listed by five different firms will be open. There will be maps and info at each of the participating homes. The general areas are Myers Park, Eastover, Cotswold, Foxcroft and surrounding neighborhoods. The homes range from the low $400,000’s to well over $1,000,000. Two are new construction, but the others are furnished re-sales. You will find that there are very neat contemporary homes tucked into established traditional neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity to check out some very unique properties.
